The Eucharist is the Sacrament of Love; It signifies Love, It produces love. The Eucharist is the consummation of the whole spiritual life.

There are very few people who realize what God would make of them if they abandoned themselves into His hands, and let themselves be formed by His Grace.

Physical condition or advancing of age are not obstacles to a perfect life. God does not look at external things but at the soul.

The road is narrow. He who wishes to travel it more easily must cast off all things and use the cross as his cane. In other words, he must be truly resolved to suffer willingly for the love of God in all things.

“Whenever you eat this bread, then, and drink this cup, you are proclaiming the Lord's death until he comes. 1 Corinthians 11:26

Every time we participate in the Eucharist, we are participating in more than just a community meal. In the Eucharist, we receive the Body and Blood of Jesus, thereby proclaiming His death. This requires deep reflection and preparation from our side, which is why in the Catholic Church, reception of Holy Communion is often placed in the context of the Holy Mass. May we come to better realize the richness of the Eucharist!

People cannot live without love. They are called to love God and their neighbour. But, in order to love properly they must be certain that God loves them. God loves you dear children! This is what I want to tell you …

Actions speak louder than words; yet we are full of words but empty of actions. Therefore we are cursed by the Lord, since he himself cursed the fig tree when he found no fruit but only leaves. 

To be pure, to remain pure, can only come at a price, the price of knowing God and loving him enough to do his will. He will always give us the strength we need to keep purity as something beautiful for God.

Take God for your spouse and friend and walk with Him continually, and you will not sin, will learn to love, and the things you must do will work out prosperously for you.

The things that we love tell us what we are.

When we find ourselves in some grave danger we must not lose courage but firmly trust in God, for where there is the greatest danger, there is also the greatest help from Him who wants to be called our 'Help' in times of peace and in times of tribulation.

The love of all mothers together is but a shadow compared to the love Mary has for each one of us.

Wisdom enters through love, silence, and mortification. It is great wisdom to know how to be silent and to look at neither the remarks, nor the deeds, nor the lives of others.

Christ offers you his friendship. He gave His life so that those who wish to answer his call can indeed become his friends. His is a friendship which is deep, genuine, loyal and total, as all true friendship should be.

Confession heals, confession justifies, confession grants pardon of sin, all hope consists in confession; in confession there is a chance for mercy.

And all creatures that are under heaven, each in it's own way, serve, know and obey their Creator better than you do.

Those who love to be feared fear to be loved, and they themselves are more afraid than anyone, for whereas other men fear only them, they fear everyone.

Totally love Him, Who gave Himself totally for your love.

“The first principle of wisdom is: acquire wisdom; at the cost of all you have, acquire understanding!” Proverbs 4:7

This verse of the Bible seems to cry out to each one of us about the importance of acquiring wisdom and understanding. Reflecting upon the importance of wisdom and understanding, are not all our problems, all our mistakes due to our lack of these gifts? Let us listen to this exhortation and become attentive disciples who sit at the feet of the Blessed Lord Jesus to humbly acquire wisdom and understanding from His Words.

I am not capable of doing big things, but I want to do everything, even the smallest things, for the greater glory of God.
