Starting the New Year with Mary

Grace and Peace!

The Blessed Virgin Mary enjoyed great favour in the sight of the Lord - so much that He chose Her to be the first to receive the news of His great plan of salvation. The humble Virgin did not disappoint the trust God placed in Her - no sooner than she understood God's plan, she said 'Yes' to God without hesitating. As we start the New Year, let us like the Mother of God, say 'Yes' to God's plan for us with faith. “Yes, Lord, here I am to do Your Will!” As we join our words to hers at the start of the New Year, let us look forward to a bright future filled with everlasting blessings, joy, glory and honour.
