Moderator
Since its formation as a Public Association of the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia in 2012, the Community of Grace is governed by the Moderator, Br. Brillis Mathew. He has been instrumental in forming the Community as a Public Association and guiding it in its vision and mission to serve the Church with the charism of the founder Br. O. J. Victor.

In his capacity as Moderator, Br. Brillis oversees the functioning of the Community in accordance with its charism and the formation of its members. Br. Brillis has been a missionary for the last thirty years and has visited more than fifty countries meeting people from all walks of life and proclaiming the Good News of Jesus. The grace of the Lord has used him, as a powerful instrument in touching many religious and lay people. 

Br. Brillis was ordained a priest by His Excellency Bishop Paul Hinder on 29 April 2017 at St. Mary's Church, Dubai. He is based in the United States at present.

Secretary
The Secretary of the Association is Br. John E. John. He is a 'consecrated member' of the Community and has been active as a missionary since his call from the Lord in 1994.  Currently, Br. John is based in Rome. 
 

Councillor
Br. Aby Mathew, a consecrated member of the Community, assists the Moderator as a Councillor of the Association. He has been a missionary since 1994 when Br. Victor called him to serve God. He came to Dubai together with Br. John in the Jubilee Year 2000 and has been instrumental in providing spiritual care for its members ever since. He is based in Dubai.
 

Spiritual Director
Fr. Jean-Laurent Marie, an associate priest of the Community, is the Spiritual Director of the Association. He has been associated with the Community since 2006. With the consent of his former Bishop Thomas McMahon, Bishop of Brentwood and with the approval of Bishop Paul Hinder, Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia (at present Emeritus), Fr. Jean-Laurent has stayed with the Community of Grace in Dubai from 2013 to 2019, providing spiritual direction for its members. At present, he is based in the United Kingdom.
