The power of Christ’s love

October 16, 2016“No; we come through all these things triumphantly victorious, by the power of Him Who loved us.” Romans 8:37
The love that Jesus has for us empowers us to meet obstacles of every kind. Our Blessed Saviour went without any hesitation to His death, though abandoned and rejected by all, including His closest friends. But His love for them was His companion to the last, and this love was reigned supreme, even unto death. After His resurrection, His love conquered His friends and enemies alike, who now turned back to Him with ten fold zeal, crying, “Lord, we love You!”
